Abstract Crystals of In 2 Zn(SeO 3 ) 4 (I) and Ga 2 Zn(TeO 3 ) 4 (II) are prepared by solid state reaction of ZnO, In 2 O 3 or Ga 2 O 3 , and SeO 2 or TeO 2 (silica tubes, 600—700 °C, 48 h).
