脑出血患者血清MicroRNA-124的表达及临床相关因素

目的观察microRNA-124在脑出血患者血清中的表达,并探讨其与脑出血相关临床因素的关系.方法收集同一时期住院的脑出血患者及健康体检者各30份血清标本,测定microRNA-124在血清中的相对表达量,比较2组间microRNA-124表达量的变化,同时进行脑出血患者相关临床资料的对比研究,探讨microRNA-124与脑出血相关临床因素的关系.结果与正常体检者相比,microRNA-124在脑出血患者血清中的表达升高(<0.05),其表达量与出血量、发病时间有关(<0.05),而与性别、出血部位、有无手术治疗(包括微创、开颅)、高血压史、空腹静脉全血葡萄糖水平...

Summary:目的观察microRNA-124在脑出血患者血清中的表达,并探讨其与脑出血相关临床因素的关系.方法收集同一时期住院的脑出血患者及健康体检者各30份血清标本,测定microRNA-124在血清中的相对表达量,比较2组间microRNA-124表达量的变化,同时进行脑出血患者相关临床资料的对比研究,探讨microRNA-124与脑出血相关临床因素的关系.结果与正常体检者相比,microRNA-124在脑出血患者血清中的表达升高(<0.05),其表达量与出血量、发病时间有关(<0.05),而与性别、出血部位、有无手术治疗(包括微创、开颅)、高血压史、空腹静脉全血葡萄糖水平(FPG)、既往脑血管病史等因素无明显相关性(>0.05).结论microRNA-124在脑出血患者血清中的表达量较正常人升高,且出血量越多,表达量越高,在发病1周内较发病1周后表达升高.

Objective To observe microRNA-124 expression in the serum of patient with intracerebral hemorrhage and explore the relationship between the expression and associated clinical factors.Methods Thirty serum specimen were collected among patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,who were checked up at the same time in the hospital.Relative expression of microRNA-124 in serum was detected.The variation of MicroRNA-124 expression between the two groups and clinical data of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were analyzed.The relationship between microRNA-124 and clinical factors related to intracerebral hemorrhage was explored.Results Compared with healthy people,microRNA-124 expression in serum increased among patients with intracerebral hemorrhage(<0.05).The expression is related to the bleeding volume and onset time(<0.05).Meanwhile,no obvious correlation is established between serum microRNA-124 expression and other factors in patients with intrace
