树突状细胞在银屑病发病中的作用

DCs are antigen presenting cells, which are widely distributed in tissues and organs.In the skin, DCs mainly includes LCs, pDCs and mDCs.In recent years, with the indepth study of the pathogenesis of psoriasis, the role of DCs in psoriasis is widely concerned.PDCs start psoriasis through the secretion of IFN-α,under the antigenic stimulation or stress status; under the action of antigen and IFN-α, mDCs mature and migrate to the lymph nodes, and through antigen presentation and cytokine secretion to promote T cell proliferation, differentiation, migration and finally aggravate psoriasis.
