淤泥搅拌桩在温州永强机场真空预压中的应用

渗透系数为1.95×10-5 cm/s的粉砂淤泥质粉质黏土会影响真空预压的真空度,在真空预压区周边打设淤泥搅拌桩密封墙,可以增强其密封效果和降低维护真空度的成本。一般情况下采用渗透系数为10-7 cm/s左右的淤泥或黏土作为密封搅拌桩的原材料效果比较好,造价也比较低廉。黏土搅拌桩和水泥搅拌桩密封帷幕的施工工艺偏复杂,成本较高。通过在温州永强机场真空预压工程中应用淤泥搅拌桩密封墙进行了试验对比,得出淤泥搅拌桩密封墙不仅可以缩短真空预压工期,也降低了维护真空的成本,大大降低了工程的总体成本。...

The soft silt clay with a osmotic coefficient of 1.95 伊10 原5cm/s has effect on the vacuum degree of vacuumpreloading. Setting up the mixing silt wall around vacuum preloading area to enhance the sealing effect and cut the cost ofmaintaining the vacuum. Usually, using the sludge or clay which osmotic coefficient is 10-7cm/s as the raw material of sealingmixing pile is better as well as the cost is lower. The construction technology of clay mixing pile and cement mixing pile sealingis complex and the cost is high. Through the comparison of the test of application of silt mixing sealing wall in vacuumpreloading of Wenzhou Yongqiang Airport, we obtained the silt mixing pile sealing wall can shorten vacuum preloading periodand cut the cost of maintaining the vacuum and the overall cost of the project
