面神经高位损伤大鼠模型的建立

目的 建立SD大鼠双侧面神经高位损伤模型.方法 10只SD大鼠随机分为正常组和实验组,将实验组大鼠的双侧面神经在茎乳孔牵拉出约3 mm左右,锐性切断.术后3周,所有大鼠均被处死并行面神经核区的HE、TB和TUNEL染色,观察面神经元的变化.结果 实验组面神经核区出现大量凋亡细胞;面神经麻痹评价4分,证明造模成功.结论 建立了一种稳定、有效的大鼠双侧面神经高位损伤模型....

Objective To establish a rat model of bilateral proximal facial nerve injury. Methods Ten SD ratswere randomly divided into normal and experimental groups. Then bilateral facial nerves of rats in the experimentalgroup were dragged out to approximately 3 mm and resected at the root of stylomastoid foramen. Three weeks later,allrats were killed. Staining of HE,TB and TUNEL on the area of facial nucleus were performed to observe the neuronalapoptosis. Results Numerous apoptotic cells were observed in the area of facial nucleus of rats in experimental group.Facial nerve paralysis score was4,suggesting the successful establishment of model.Conclusion A stable and effective rat model of bilateral proximal facial nerve injury is established.
