射频与手术治疗腋臭的疗效比较

目的比较Bodytite射频治疗法与w形小切口手术方法治疗腋臭患者的效果及并发症情况。方法利用随机数字表法将入选的54例腋臭患者分为两组，手术组予W形小切口手术方法治疗，射频组予Bodytite射频治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及术后并发症。结果射频组患者有效率及复发率分别为84．62％和22．22％；手术组患者分别为85．71％和22．22％，两组患者有效率及复发率差异均无统计学意义（P均〉0．05）。射频组并发症为11．54％，手术组并发症为25．00％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论Bodytite射频治疗腋臭操作简便，疗效显著，创伤小，并发症少，效果持久且可靠性高。...

Objective To compare the efficacy and complications between Bodytite radiofrequency therapy and W inci- sion surgery for axillary osmidrosis. Methods Random number table was used to divide 54 patients into W incision and Bodytite radiofrequency therapy group. The efficacy and postoperative complications were com- pared between the two groups. Results The effective and recurrent rates in the radiofrequency group were comparable to that in W incision group （ effective rate, 84. 62% vs. 85.71% ; recurrence rate, 22.22% vs, 22. 22% ）. However,the incidence of complications was lower in the radiofrequency group than in the W in- cision group（ 11.54% vs. 25.00% ,P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Bodytite radiofrequency therapy is a simple, reliable and effective therapy with less traumatic and fewer complications for axillary osmidrosis.
