辣椒素受体在皮肤淀粉样变中的表达

目的 研究辣椒素受体（TRPV1）在皮肤淀粉样变皮损中的表达,探讨其在皮肤淀粉样变疾病中的作用。方法 选取22例皮肤淀粉样变皮损及16例正常皮肤组织,用半定量RT-PCR和免疫组化的方法研究皮损中辣椒素受体的表达情况。结果 皮肤淀粉样变皮损中TRPV1的基因表达水平显著高于正常皮肤（P〈0.05）,免疫组化研究显示TRPV1在正常皮肤、皮肤淀粉样变的表皮角质形成细胞、附属器（毛囊、皮脂腺和汗腺）及血管内皮细胞均存在表达; TRPV1在皮肤淀粉样变皮损的表达高于正常皮肤（P〈0.05）。结论 TRPV1在皮肤淀粉样变中的表达高于正常皮肤,提示其在皮肤淀粉样变致瘙痒的发生及发展中可能起着一定的作用...
