Bibliography:A 44-year old female patient presented with nodules and plaques on the back for 6 months. A 25-year old fe- male patient presented with a nodule on the face for 1 month. Histopathology showed dark and light staining areas distributing at intervals in dermis. ＂Emperipolesis＂ of histocytes could be found. The immunohisto- chemical examination of S100 and CD68 were positive and CD1 a was negative in histocytes. The final diagno- sis was cutaneous Rosai-Dorfman disease. Operative resections were adopted and no recurrence could be found during the 2 years＇ follow-up.
