DEFC不锈钢双极板的电化学行为研究
为评估金属双极板在直接乙醇燃料电池(DEFC)环境中的耐蚀性能,采用50℃的0.05 mol/L H2SO4+x mol/L CH3CH2OH(x=0,1,5,10,13)溶液来模拟DEFC的阳极运行环境,在该环境中对304不锈钢(304SS)的表面形貌进行表征,并对其进行极化、恒电位时间-电流密度等电化学测试.结果表明,在高浓度的乙醇腐蚀溶液中,304SS表面局部腐蚀的现象有所缓和,其耐蚀性能较好;乙醇起到减缓304SS在0.05 mol/L H2SO4溶液中腐蚀速率的作用;304SS在乙醇浓度高的DEFC运行环境中具有较高的稳定性....

In the environment,the surface morphology of 304 stainless steel( 304SS) was characterized,and the electrochemical tests were carried out for polarization and constant current time-current density. The results showed that ethanol had not much effect on 304 SS corrosion potential. Ethanol played a role in slowing the corrosion rate of 304 SS in 0. 05 mol/L H2SO4 solution. 304 SS had a high stability in DEFC operating environment with high ethanol concentration. |
