丙烯酸酯类可剥离涂料基材制备及其性能研究

选择合适的共聚单体通过乳液聚合制备了聚丙烯酸酯乳液作为涂料的基体。通过竞聚率得出其在理论上的反应的可行性,通过红外、核磁证明合成了对应的目标产物,同时对聚合物的分子量、成膜性、可剥离性、耐化学性进行测试,以说明合成制备所得为目标产物以及制备的聚合物基材较优良的性能。结果表明,乳液成膜膜体的最大的拉伸强度为10.2MPa,断裂伸长率最大可达700%以上。可以很好地从不同基材上剥离,符合制备可剥离涂料的要求。...
