孤立性胶原瘤1例

患者女,34岁,右手小指掌侧面肿物4年余。右手小指掌侧面可见黄豆大正常肤色单发肿物,质软,无蒂,无触压痛。组织病理示真皮胶原纤维稠密、增粗,排列紊乱,Masson染色（＋）。诊断：孤立性胶原瘤。

A 34-year-old female had a tumor on the flexor of her right pinky finger for 4 years.A soybean-sized tumor was soft,flesh-colored, sessile and no tenderness.Histology showed dense and thick collagen fibers disarranged in the dermis.Masson staining was positive.The diagnosis was isolated collagenoma.
