患者女，22岁，双腋下褐色丘疹融合成斑块3年余，皮损组织病理学检查示：真皮内见囊性管腔及嗜碱性细胞条索，部分呈蝌蚪样改变，管壁为双层上皮，管内见嗜伊红无定形物质。诊断：斑块状汗管瘤。
