患者男，49岁。左足拇趾甲周红褐色斑块10年。皮损组织病理示：真皮中上层可见增生、扩张的厚壁和薄壁血管，增生血管周围少量淋巴细胞浸润。诊断为皮肤动静脉血管瘤。

A 49-year-old male presented with red brown plaque on the perionyehium of left fool for 10 years. Biopsy showed proliferating dilated thick-walled and thin-walled blood vessels in the mid and superficial dermis, and moderate lymphocytic perivaseular infiltration. The diagnosis was eutaneous arteriovenous hemangioma.
