一种计算脉搏血氧饱和度的新方法

由于常用的计算脉搏血氧饱和度的方法一般都存在测量数据不能实时更新的缺点,本文基于NJL5501R光反射器搭建了脉搏波信号测量的硬件平台,并根据脉搏波信号测量中所采集的红光和红外光具有高度的线性相关性的特点,提出一种通过建立红光和红外光的线性回归模型来确定血氧饱和度值的方法,并且分析了参与计算的脉搏波采样点数多少对脉搏波血氧特征值的影响。实验结果表明,本文提出的方法能够在保证测量精度的同时实现血氧饱和度数据的快速更新,为人体脉搏血氧饱和度实时、准确地监测提供了一种有效的途径。...

Real-time updates of metrical data can not generally be realized in the commonly used methods forcalculating the pulse wave of blood oxygen saturation. Based on the hardware platform ot pulse wave signal trom NJL5501R, and high linear correlation of the red laser and infrared light collected in pulse wave signal measurement, an approach to determine the value of the blood oxygen saturation is proposed in the present paper by establishing the linear regression model of the red laser and infrared light.
