寻常性痤疮患者皮肤由紫外诱导的红色荧光与痤疮炎症程度的相关性

目的探讨痤疮患者皮损部位毛孔表面由紫外诱导的红色荧光(UVRF)与皮肤炎症严重程度的相关关系。方法利用VISIA皮肤记录和分析系统摄得痤疮患者面部紫外(UV)照片和红色模式照片,导出后选择大小一致、位置相同的痤疮皮损部位,利用闯值分离法分离出毛孔部位的紫外荧光点,同时分离同一部位的红色模式照片中的炎症红斑区域,以分离面积作为严重程度指标,通过色彩学方法分析UVRF与皮损部位炎症严重程度的相关关系。结果UVRF与皮肤炎症严重程度之间的相关关系差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论由于UVRF与痤疮丙酸杆菌密度相关,本研究结果提示痤疮丙酸杆菌与痤疮皮肤的炎症程度不相关,其在痤疮皮损中的密度可能并不...

Bibliography:Objective To investigate the correlation between the follicle superficial ultraviolet induced red fluorescence (UVRF) and inflammation severity in aene patients. Methods Face photos of 45 patients of aene vulgaris were captured by VISIA system under UV and cross-polarized light to generate UV and Red images, based on which the correlation of UVRF and inflammation severity were analyzed using chromatologic and thresholding segmentation methods. Results The correlation between UVRF and skin inflammation severity was not statistically significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Our results suggest that the density of P. aches may not be high in acne lesions since previous studies have shown that skin UVRF and P. aches density are correlated, and the inflammation severity of acneic skin is not correlated with P. aches.
