利用表达谱芯片分析水稻籼粳交杂种优势的分子基础

Notes [Objectives]The aim of the paper is to study the molecular basis of heterosis in indica and japonica hybrid rice. [Methods]Gene transcriptional profiles of flag leaves at early panicle differentiation stage of an indica and japonica hybrid rice‘Shen9A/Fan31’and its parents‘Shen9A’and‘Fan31’were analyzed by using Affymetrix rice expression microarray. GO(gene ontology)functional category based on biological process and metabolic pathway analysis were further performed for differentially expressed genes(DGs). [Results]The results showed that the phenotypes of the hybrid were significantly different from its parents at early panicle differentiation stage. A total of 2 258 DGs between the hybrid and its parents were identified(fold change≥2 or ≤0.5),of which 327 genes were differentially expressed between both the hybrid and the maternal and paternal parents.
