土壤水分对马铃薯块茎产量及淀粉形成影响
以低淀粉马铃薯品种克新19号和高淀粉品种克新22号为试验材料,在防雨棚内进行盆栽试验,研究马铃薯块茎形成期后土壤持续干旱(田间最大持水量55%)、对照(田间最大持水量75%)、湿润(田间最大持水量95%)条件下马铃薯块茎生长、干物质及淀粉积累情况。结果表明,干旱和湿润条件均限制块茎生长,降低块茎干物质及淀粉积累量,造成马铃薯不同程度减产;其中干旱高于湿润造成影响;马铃薯块茎淀粉积累量减少主要因土壤水分胁迫使干物质积累量降低造成;不同马铃薯品种对湿润条件敏感程度不同。...

Bibliography: | 23-1391/S Tuber growth, dry matter and starch accumulations were studied when various treatments, 55%(dry), 75%(CK) and 95%(wet) of maximum field capacity, were applied to potato plants in a pot experiment conducted in a rain-proof shed after tuber initiation using low starch variety Kexin 19 and high starch variety Kexin 22 as test materials. The results showed that both dry and wet conditions limited tuber growth, reduced the starch and dry matter accumulation, and potato yield. The impact of drought was more obvious than wet. Soil water stress decreased dry matter accumulation,and then decreased starch accumulation.
