江苏省草莓灰霉病菌对氟吡菌酰胺敏感性基线的建立及抗性风险评估

[目的]利用敏感性基线、交互抗性、生物适合度等评价新药的抗药性风险水平。本研究评价了灰霉病菌对氟吡菌酰胺的抗药性风险水平,这对科学使用氟吡菌酰胺和可持续防治灰霉病具有重要意义。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了100株江苏省草莓灰霉病菌对氟吡菌酰胺的毒力曲线,建立了敏感性基线,并通过交互抗性及相关生物学测定,评价了其潜在的抗性风险。[结果]建立的敏感性基线是一个单峰曲线,接近正态分布,平均EC50为(1.94±1.55)μg·m L-1;氟吡菌酰胺与其同类的啶酰菌胺及其他类型杀菌剂之间不存在交互抗性;氟吡菌酰胺抗性菌株的生物适合度显著低于敏感菌株。[结论]灰霉病菌对氟吡菌酰胺的抗性风险属于低至...

[Objectives]The baseline sensitively,cross-resistance,and biological fitness were used to evaluate the resistance risk of the novel fungicide. In this study,the resistance risk level of Botrytis cinerea to fluopyram was evaluated,and it would be significant in the scientific use of fluopyram and sustainable control of gray mold.
