水稻秸秆饲料汽爆加工工艺改进与优化

[目的]为进一步提高水稻秸秆酶解还原糖产量,对水稻秸秆饲料汽爆加工工艺进行了研究。[方法]把汽爆的恒压保压过程分为保压蒸煮和爆破前升压两个阶段,并分别控制两个阶段的蒸汽压力。采用响应曲面分析法研究了保压蒸煮压力(A/MPa)、保压蒸煮时间(B/s)和爆破前压力(C/MPa)3个因素对水稻秸秆酶解后还原糖产量(D/%)的影响。[结果]A、B、C对D的影响均显著。随着A和C的增加,D明显提高;随着B的增加,D提高。在保证汽爆后秸秆饲料的感官特性前提下,对照组在A=1.6 MPa、B=140 s、C=1.6 MPa时,D为20.07%;目标组在A=1.6 MPa、B=140 s、C=2.2 MPa时...
