转Bt基因抗虫棉对蚯蚓行为、生长及代谢的影响研究

Notes | Eisenia fetida; transgenic Bt cotton; tropic; instantaneous growth rate; cellulase In this research,the root segment of seedling,flower stage and pull firewood period of transgenic Bt cotton and its female parent non-Bt line were added into soil with an application rate of 10% and 20% to breed Eisenia fetida. The behavioral responses of E. fetida were determined after 3 days. The instantaneous growth rate and the activities of endo-β-l 4-glucanase( EG),exo-β-l 4-glucanase( CBH),β-glucosidase( BG) enzyme were measured after 3,6 and 9 days. The results suggested that E. fetida had tropic toward cotton root. The cotton root increased the instantaneous growth rate and cellulose activities of E. fetida.
