转Bt基因抗虫棉对蚯蚓行为、生长及代谢的影响研究
本研究以蚯蚓的趋避性行为、体重及瞬时生长速率、纤维素酶(EG、BG、CBH)为指标,以转Bt基因棉和常规非转基因棉苗期、花铃期和拔柴期的根部为实验材料,研究了转基因与非转基因棉花根对蚯蚓趋避性行为、生长速率和纤维素酶活性的影响。实验结果表明,蚯蚓对棉花根存在趋向性,棉花根可以增加蚯蚓的体重和瞬时生长速率,且可以提高蚯蚓纤维素酶的活性。转基因和非转基因棉花根对蚯蚓的影响无显著差异。...

Bibliography: | Eisenia fetida; transgenic Bt cotton; tropic; instantaneous growth rate; cellulase In this research,the root segment of seedling,flower stage and pull firewood period of transgenic Bt cotton and its female parent non-Bt line were added into soil with an application rate of 10% and 20% to breed Eisenia fetida. The behavioral responses of E. fetida were determined after 3 days. The instantaneous growth rate and the activities of endo-β-l 4-glucanase( EG),exo-β-l 4-glucanase( CBH),β-glucosidase( BG) enzyme were measured after 3,6 and 9 days. The results suggested that E. fetida had tropic toward cotton root. The cotton root increased the instantaneous growth rate and cellulose activities of E. fetida.
