线性P(NIPA-co-SA)水凝胶制备及温敏性能
采用自由基聚合法制备出了线性共聚物P(NIPA—CO—sA)水凝胶,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、凝胶渗透色谱仪进行结构、分子链及其分布表征,借助浊度、黏度、DSC等手段表征了其温度敏感性能,并定量地研究了单体配比与P(NIPA—CO—SA)较低临界溶解温度(LCST)的数值关系。结果表明:P(NIPA—Co-SA)水凝胶具有温度敏感特性,P(NIPA—CO—SA)提高了聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPA)的LCST,且随着反应物中SA比例的提高,产物的LCST逐渐升高,但响应速率呈逐渐降低的趋势。建立了单体配比与LCST的非线性回归方程,可通过调节合成工艺参数实现水凝胶的LCST在30~90℃范围...
