卵巢癌的树突状细胞疫苗研究现状及展望

Dendritic ceils ( DCs), whose sole duty is antigen-presenting, can significantly stimulate the proliferation of naive T cells, thus playing a unique role in immune reaction. Recently, anti-ovarian cancer treatment using DCs vaccine has become one of the hot spots in immunotherapy. This paper reviews the current status of DCs vaccine research, including the preparation and clinical trials of the vaccines, mechanism of DCs affecting carcinoma, and the imperfectness and prospect of this technology. |
