粉体材料热特性对瓦斯抑爆效果影响的研究

对不同抑爆粉体材料进行了热分析实验,研究了Al(OH)3,Mg(OH)2,尿素3种抑爆材料的热解特性,通过抑爆材料的热解失重曲线(TG)和差式扫描曲线(DSC)得到有关热解的特性参数。实验结果表明:尿素热解起始温度(133℃)低于Al(OH)3和Mg(OH)2,且在热解过程的吸热量(1 291 J/g)大于Al(OH)3和Mg(OH)2。分析比较了3种材料对瓦斯爆炸的抑制机理,依据抑爆实验结果可知,尿素能够产生较大的吸热效应,发生较快的热解,产生较多自由基,其抑爆性能明显优于其他两种材料,并通过瓦斯爆炸实验得到了验证。...

The thermogravimetric experiments were analyzed on different materials.The decompositions of Al(OH)3,Mg(OH)2 and urea were studied.The characteristics of suppression material decomposition were studied by analyzing TG and DSC curves.It shows that the initial pyrolysis temperature of urea(133.0 ℃) is lower than that of Al(OH)3 and Mg(OH)2 and its heat absorption(1 291 J/g) is larger than that of Al(OH)3 and Mg(OH)2.The three materials' mechanisms of gas explosion suppression were analyzed and compared.The results show that the performance of urea is better than the other two materials,because its decomposition occurs faster and has greater heat absorption,and there are free radicals produced in this process.Also the result are confirmed by gas explosion experiments.
