粒煤螺旋输送特性实验研究

The screw conveying characteristics of granular coal from an screw conveyor was investigated.The results show that coal particle size,moisture content and conveying angle have significant effects on the screw conveying characteristics of granular coal.Screw velocity increases with the increasing of particle size of granular coal and decreases with the increasing of moisture content of granular coal.Increasing the conveying angle leads to serious sliding of the granular coal,and the filling coefficient increases.The filling coefficient increases with the increasing of particle size and moisture content of granular coal.
