腰椎椎弓根螺钉内固定术三维可视化设计
目的建立腰椎椎弓根内固定术后的三维可视化数字模型。方法选择1名腰椎间盘突出和1名腰椎压缩性骨折患者,在腰椎内固定术前及术后行多排螺旋CT扫描,观测术前椎体压缩程度、手术前后腰椎结构形态,术后钉棒的位置及椎板减压情况,利用Amira 4.1软件,经剪切、分割、表面重建及绘制等步骤,对腰椎结构及内植物进行三维重建,获得立体形态的腰椎手术前后改变及内置物位置结构。结果借助数字化导航平台,重建了手术前后的腰椎和内置物形态结构。重建的三维结构可以多彩色、透明或任意组合显示。经不同角度观察,重建的三维结构显示清晰、实体感强。在三维表面重建的图像中可清楚地观察到内固定物的位置形态,特别是可以充分评估脊髓或神...
