矿用轴流通风机NACA翼型仿真试验

研究了NACA(美国国家航空咨询委员会)0012翼型在矿用轴流通风机上的应用,采用该翼型设计了一台矿用轴流通风机,运用Fluent软件对通风机整机内部流场进行仿真,模拟出叶轮上的静压力分布和整机流场流线分布。根据仿真结果得到:通风机反转后流场内压力参数变化不大,流场内旋流数目增加0.12,反风风量达到正常风量的64%,符合我国《煤矿安全规程》有关规定,证明了NACA0012翼型在矿用轴流通风机设计中的适用性。...

Researched the application of NACA(National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics) 0012 airfoil on mining axial-flow fan,using this airfoil designed a mining axial-flow fan,and by computer aided design of Fluent,to simulate the internal flowfield of whole fan,simulated the static stress distribution of impeller and pathlines distribution in flowfield of whole fan,worked out the stress parameter don't change more in whole fan flowfield when the fan reverse,the swirl number increases 0.12,reversal flow quantity takes up 64% in the normal flowquantity,fit the relevant provision of Safety Regulations in Coal Mine of China,demonstrated the applicability of NACA0012 airfoil in mining axial-flow fan design.
