Summary:In this paper, delay-dependent stability analysis and stabilization of discrete-time singular delay systems are addressed, respectively. First, a new delay-dependent sufficient condition of admissibility for discrete-time singular delay systems is derived. The proposed method is proved to have some advantages over the existing results. Then, by applying the skill of matrix theory, a state feedback controller is designed to guarantee the closed-loop discrete-time singular delay systems to be admissible. Finally, two numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
