Summary:Background and Objective Lung cancer is not only the most dangerous threating tumor to human's health and life, but also a malignant tumor with poor prognosis. In the past 10 years, progress has been made about the basic and clinical study of lung cancer, but it is pity that there is no distinctly improvement in cure rate of lung cancer. The reasons were, on the one hand, that there was no means to early diagnosis in deed, so most patients were in late stage when they came to see doctor, and then lost the chance of surgical resection; on the other hand, human have few countermeasures to high-metastatic lung cancer. Metastasis is not only the malignant characteristics of lung cancer, but also the chief cause of failure to cure the disease and of high mortality. It has been well-known that lung cancer metastasis is a complex process involving multiple gene and steps. Controling the invasion and metastasis of lung cancer is the important measure to improve prognosis and life quality, and to increase survival rat
