拟婆婆纳的组培快繁技术研究

用拟婆婆纳幼嫩茎尖作为外植体获得了无菌植株,研究了培养基成分对拟婆婆纳增殖和生根的影响。结果表明,MS+BA1mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L是理想的诱导培养基,MS+BA0.1mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L是适宜的增殖培养基,繁殖系数在20d后可达4.3,平均苗高可达1.5cm,且叶色油绿;MS+NAA0.3mg/L+IAA0.1mg/L是有效的生根培养基,其生根率在20d时可达100%。将已生根的瓶苗置于室外自然光线下培养7d后移栽过渡,在腐殖土:珍珠岩比例为3:1时,成活率可达96%。...
