Summary:The article brings out the results of Moral Competence Test (MCT) with an aim of its pilot verification and intention of its further usage to find out educational intervention program efficacy focusing personality’s moral quality development. The MCT test arises from Moral Development Dual-Aspect Theory being analyzed and constructed by a current psychologist G. Lind. There was verified reliability of a Slovak MCT version in the sense of inner consistency and test-retest result stability at chosen research sample of students of Ethical Education (N=63) and of teachers of Ethical Education (N=51) in the article. The statistical analysis proved sufficient reliability of MCT. There were found surprisingly no significant differences in moral competence level between Ethical Education students and teachers.
