Summary:Competition in the world market in many sectors of economy leads companiesto pursue different strategies. One of the business strategies is the e efficient use of re-sources. The most important source of business is the employees who are the human factor. Poor employee performance afects the success of a company or a bank. High employee performance depends on many factors. One of the most important factorsthat affects an employee’s performance may be the job dissatisfaction. The employee sare not satisfied with the work of people in the organizational structure of the company,management style, customer relationship. The research topic is to examine the issue of bank employee satisfaction, providing general information on the research topic. Relevant examples are provided in the paper for the subject of the study and recommendations are given for raising the job satisfaction of the bank’s employees.
