含紧固件碳纤维复合材料雷击损伤电热耦合仿真分析与实验研究

TB332%V258; 为研究含紧固件碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)雷击损伤特性,分别建立含紧固件CFRP和不含紧固件CFRP的三维有限元模型,利用电热耦合仿真分析CFRP的雷击损伤形态,并对应进行雷电流损伤实验,对比研究不同雷电流峰值下两种CFRP的损伤特性.结果表明:雷电流峰值较低时,含紧固件CFRP的表面损伤程度低于不含紧固件的CFRP,随着雷电流峰值增大,含紧固件CFRP沿碳纤维纵向损伤逐渐加大,并最终超过不含紧固件CFRP.实验中不含紧固件CFRP受到雷击时表面垂直碳纤维方向上出现线状损伤,含紧固件的CFRP垂直碳纤维方向的线状损伤不明显....
