Summary:In allusion to the control method of automotive brake test-bench, this paper first established the mathematical model of motor drive current based on instantaneous rotational speed and other measurable parameters, and then proposed a control model by completely using the electric inertia simulation equivalent moment of inertia, furthermore carried on the appraisal. Afterward introduced the neural network control method and established the control system model by computing the control voltage, and adjusting the rotational speed. The algorithm of this control model is simple, and it is easy to realize the real-time control, moreover, it solves some shortcomings in conventional rotational speed control and enhances the data fitting effect greatly.
