Summary:This article discusses the methodology for creating digital content for educational programs in photonics and optoelectronics. The primary focus is on using the SCORM 2004 standard, which enables the development of high-quality, standardized, and interactive educational materials. The work outlines the content development stages, including studying the standard, planning, creating educational resources, integration, testing, assembly and publication, monitoring, and updating. The effectiveness of the methodology was evaluated using the COR (Completion Rate) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) metrics. An example implementation of the methodology is presented in the "Computer Science" course developed for students in the photonics and optoelectronics educational program. The results showed a high level of course popularity and demand, as evidenced by a COR indicator of 68%. The article concludes that the proposed methodology is viable and effective, with plans for its expansion to other educational programs.
