Summary: | The paper presents a model of assessment of the significance of the influencing factors to the accuracy of determining the resonant frequency of auto-circulation using the acoustic method of non-destructive testing. The hollow detail of the revolution was used as a controlled object during the simulation process. The following dimensional characteristics were investigated within the framework of the model the inner diameter of the top, the inner diameter of the foundation, the outer diameter, the height of the product, and the non-circularity of the outer diameter. The static Bayesian network was applied to evaluate the influence of the dimensional parameters on the output variable. It was shown that the accuracy of the resonant frequency measuring can be increased by reducing the tolerance for the inner and outer diameters of the investigated detail. |
