老化条件下聚丙烯纤维改性乳化沥青及其微表处混合料性能分析

Abstract_FL To explore the performance of polypropylene(PP)fiber modified emulsified asphalt and its micro-surfacing mixture under aging conditions,choosing styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)modified emulsified asphalt as the binder and PP fiber as the modifier,the rheological properties of the evaporated residue of modified emulsified asphalt binder are studied under different aging conditions.The road performance of the micro-surfacing mixture is evaluated by wet-track abrasion test,wheel rutting deformation test and low-temperature splitting test under 5 d and 12 d aging conditions.The study results show that the rutting factor and the stress sensitivity of the evaporated residue of modified emulsified asphalt binder increase with the aging time.Its high temperature rutting resistance is improved,while its elastic recovery ability is reduced under the different loads.At 2.5%of strain amplitude,compared with unmodified emulsified asphalt,the fatigue life of the evaporated residue of PP fiber modified emulsified asphalt binder is increased after aging.And the ability of resisting fatigue damage is significantly improved.The adhesion of micro-surfacing mixture with 0.2%of PP fiber increases by 11%,the wet-track abrasion values at 1 h and 6 d decrease by 32%and 25%respectively,and the rutting deformation rate decreases by 46%,low temperature splitting tensile strength increases by 16%after aging.The road performance of the micro-surfacing mixture is improved.
