Summary: | According to the separation of special types of activities as a result of the division of labor, professional competence characterizes the quality of activity of a representative of a particular professional group of people. [...]professionalism is defined as "a psychologist, psychophysiologist, a person who acquires a qualitatively new, more effective level of solving complex professional problems in special conditions and in the process of longterm performance / implementation".3 In this sense, the professionalism of a teacher with its own characteristics as a subject of pedagogical work, as a subject of pedagogical activity and pedagogical communication; as well as the characteristics of the object: professional knowledge, professional and pedagogical skills, professional attitudes and psychological qualities, multiplied by the ability to receive education and training, the level of education and the ability to learn4. According to the scientist EI Egorov, mastering a new, more effective level of professionalism in solving complex professional tasks in special conditions and as a set of psychological, psychophysiological and personal changes that take place in a person in the process of long-term implementation5. The high technological aspect of the modern teacher's work cannot be achieved without competent and creative pedagogical activity. [...]there is a scientific need (and necessity) to minimize the uncertainty of understanding professional competence. |
