Summary:A 54-862 MHz ultra-wideband CMOS driver amplifier for TV white space applications is presented in this paper. The proposed matching circuit enables us to achieve ultra-wideband power matching with only two passive L, C components and no on-chip inductor. The measured P^sub 1dB^, OIP3 and PE are more than +14 dBm, 22 dBm and 30%, respectively. The achieved EVM at the desired output power of +4 dBm is less than -35 dB.
