The objective of this study includes: determining the success of graft uptake rates in patients with chronic perforation of the tympanic membrane in dry and wet ear and to analyze hearing gain among the patients included in the study. Myringoplasty is a surgical procedure to prevent recurrent discharge from the middle ear and to restore hearing mechanism in patients with chronic otitis media, by closing the tympanic membrane perforation using different types of graft.
