Summary:This study will analyse the correlation between physical education and emotional development of children, focusing on nonverbal communication. The hypothesis formulated after having read international literature, is the following: " Is it possible to facilitate emotional development through physical education and other school disciplines?"The research is based on a experimental project which involved 75 pupils between 6 and 8 years of age for a duration of two years. The results were analysed using TEC "Test of Emotion Comprehension" and borough to the validation of the hypothesis.
