Summary:DC/DC converter is one of the most important components of parallel-series plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV), and it is also one of the most important electromagnetic interference (EMI) sources. The working principle and main EMI source of buck DC/DC full bridge converter in parallel-series PHEV are first analyzed. Second, the prediction model of EMI is analyzed and established, and the common mode EMI is deduced theoretically. Simulation analysis of common mode interference is conducted on Saber platform. On this basis, effective measures to suppress the common mode EMI of DC/DC converter are studied. The method is verified by simulation and experiment. The results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the common mode EMI in the DC/DC converter, so as to meet the requirements of the whole vehicle.
