Summary: | The solution of the problem of formalization of document flow processes with the help of the proposed model of multilevel graphs of information processing has considered in the article. Despite the significant development of machine data processing technologies, the theoretical basis for their application and adaptation to the architecture of electronic document management systems is poorly developed. The model of multilevel graphs of information processing which is formalize a structure of document flow of the organization is formed on the basis of system analysis methods and the graphs and sets theory. It is a set of interconnected graphs of different levels, where the vertices correspond to information processing of the next level of specification. The proposed model of multilevel graphs can be used to formalization and analysis of the structure of documents and their life cycle, as well as the whole organization document flow due to scalability and universal approach to formalization at different levels of specification. The obtained scientific results will allow to carry out a set-theoretic analysis of information processing and its further implementation in software, and also to be used to formulate the problem of optimization of routes and document processing at different levels of scaling. |
