Summary:The campus vision with a conservation perspective is a form of a sustainable campus. Universities make a major contribution in important role in addressing the sustainability transmission process. The role is in creating and maintaining a culture of sustainability among the members involved in the university. This study aimed to determine the direct effect of sustainable campus culture on performance, and the indirect effect through the commitment of employees of the Faculty of Economics, UNNES. This study used a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques. The subjects of this study were all employees of the Faculty of Economics, UNNES with a population of 162 and a sample of 72 employees. The sampling technique used a proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results showed that the implementation of a sustainable campus culture had a direct effect on performance, and an indirect effect through the commitment of the employees of the Faculty of Economics, UNNES.
