Benign vaginal rhabdomyoma

A case study is presented in which a 42-year-old woman was found to have an asymptomatic, non-ulcerative polypoid lesion protruding from the anterior wall of the vagina. The lesion was removed by electrosurgery. The macroscopic examination revealed vaginal rhabdomyoma.
