Summary:Works required under all contract lots will relate to internal cleaning of communal areas in residential developments and will include (but will not be exclusive of) washing, sweeping and hoovering of floors& stairs, cleaning down and dusting of internal surfaces including banisters, windows, walls and doors. Contractor/s will be required to provide a customer focused service and show a commitment to providing effective services that provide value for money to Loreburn HA, D and G Homes and their customers whilst aiding Loreburn in achieving the requirements set out in the Scottish Social Housing Charter. The contracts will include KPI~s which will be monitored and reported to Loreburn~s Management Committee and will be subject to review by Loreburn and may be amended in line with the Scottish Social Housing Charter requirements.
