ChemInform Abstract: Experimental and Theoretical Study of the Electronic Structure and Optical Spectral Features of PbIn6Te10

A single crystal of the title compound is prepared by the Bridgman—Stockbarger method from the elements and characterized by XRD, absorption coefficient measurements in the energy range of 0.82—1.13 eV, and full potential linear augmented plane wave computations.
