Summary:Spray pyrolysis technique was employed to prepare WO sub( 3)-V sub( 2)O sub( 5) nanocomposites thin onto the preheated glass substrate at 350 degrees Celsius. The films were characterized using X-ray diffractogram, Field emission scanning electron microscopy, and Element composition was studied using energy dispersive spectrophotometer. The film thickness was measured using weight difference method. Electrical conductivity measured with the help of two probe method. The crystallite size and grain size were observed to be increase with increase in films thickness with decrease in activation energy. The results are discussed and interpreted.
