Summary: | In this article, a small helix and a ground plane are located in the same plane. The antenna characteristics are revealed for the case where a conducting rectangular parallelepiped is inserted into the helix. It is found that the parallelepiped contributes to lowering the frequencies at which the VSWR exhibits a local minimum. Additionally, the current distribution and radiation pattern are also presented. |
