Summary:The purpose of this study was to research the relationship between SUVmax-T, SUVmaxN and SUVmax value in the PET/CT and clinical stage in patients of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Collect the clinical data and SUX values of Fifty-four patients. The statistical analyses were performed by SPSS21.0 statistical software for Windows and the Pearson correlation analysis was used for data analysis. SUVmaxT was significantly associated with T stage and clinical stage( <0.05);SUVmaxN was significantly associated with N stage and clinical stage( <0.01);SUVmax was significantly associated with T stage, N stage and clinical stage( <0.01); there was no statistically significant difference betweeen SUVmax and pathology ( >0.05). The SUV values in PET/CT were associated with clinical stage of nasopharyngeal carcinioma(NPC).
